Ready to start working on those cabinets you've been putting off? Then this is the class for you. Learn how to design and construct face frame cabinets. Methods and techniques will include various options for constructing, joining and attaching face frames to the cabinet carcass. Rick will also cover techniques for building and hanging a door, as well as building and mounting a drawer. Each student will walk away with a lower cabinet complete with a door and drawer. Sign up early as space is limited and this class does fill up. This is an intermediate class and is designed for students with experience working on the table saw, miter saw, and router. If you have questions about your experience level, please contact the store.

Learn and practice the basic techniques for turning beautiful Wall Street II and Slimline pens. The class will cover proper blank prep, mounting on the mandrel, turning techniques, sanding, finishing, and assembly of both a Wall Street II and a Slimline style pen. Once complete, you will have 2 finished pens that you get to take home to show off to all your family and fiends. This is a very popular hands-on class. !!!WARNING!!! Pen turning can become habit forming and cause you to spend hours in the shop.
