Using carbide tools you will bypass the use of traditional tools and learn techniques unique to carbide cutters and the lathe. This demonstration is focused on new woodturners looking to understand the various accessories that bring a lathe to life. We will discuss tools used in pen making and also those used in bowl making, discuss gouge selection options, and even touch on sanding tools to help finish the projects.
