What is Woodcraft® TOOLBOX REWARDS™?
TOOLBOX REWARDS™ is a rewards program that offers members monthly exclusive offers in the form of coupons. All members will receive monthly offers, and these offers will vary from month to month. These offers will not be available to non-members.
Members can level-up to earn additional rewards offers and access to exclusive content, “early access” to select events and more.
Are there points to redeem?
There are no points to redeem. Members will automatically receive new rewards each month. Members will earn additional rewards when they spend more with Woodcraft. Members’ annual spend will place them into the following tiers:
Gold and Platinum members will be eligible to receive additional offers and benefits throughout the year. Details on specific rewards will be available in a member’s dashboard.
These tiers are determined by TOOLBOX Creds earned for each dollar spent, or additional activities such as sharing via social media, taking a class or attending in an in-store demo. Each dollar spent equals 1 TOOLBOX Cred. If a customer makes a return, their membership will have the value of the return deducted from their tier status.
When does it start?
Customers can formally enroll in the program beginning October 7, 2024. Customers will be able to accumulate Creds during this time. In-store access to monthly rewards will be limited to select testing locations until the national program launch in January 2025.
When do I get my rewards?
Rewards will become available on the first of each month and will be viewable by members through their TOOLBOX REWARDS™ dashboard on woodcraft.com. Store staff will also be able to see rewards at the point of sale (POS) during checkout whenever a rewards member has available rewards. Rewards, unless otherwise noted, will expire on the last day of each month. Staff will not be able to see Creds or manipulate member credits in any way.
Members will be able to see their rewards by logging into woodcraft.com and visiting their TOOLBOX REWARDS™ Dashboard.
How long do I stay in my rewards tier?
When you achieve a new tier status, you will remain at that tier for the remainder of the calendar year. At the start of the new year, all members will revert to Silver Status.
Exception: During the 2024 fall period only, customers will continue to accrue Creds and will retain them at the start of 2025.
How Do I Sign Up?
The simplest way to enroll in the TOOLBOX REWARDS™ program is to visit woodcraft.com/toolboxrewards or to scan the QR code on your in-store signage, the sale flyer or the catalog. Once there, you will fill out a short form.
If you are already a Woodcraft customer, and you have provided an email address matching your customer profile, your rewards membership will be tied to your Woodcraft customer account. If your email address in the point of sale (POS) system does not match your TOOLBOX REWARDS™ email address, you will need to update the TOOLBOX REWARDS™ email address to sync with the POS in order to access rewards for in-store redemption.
I’m already in your system. Can’t you just enroll me at the register?
Not yet. We are working on a method of point of sale signup where store staff will be able to enroll a customer during the checkout process. For now, the online sign-up form is the only method.
What if I’m not a customer? Can I still sign up?
Yes. Anyone can create a TOOLBOX REWARDS™ membership at woodcraft.com/toolboxrewards or by scanning the in-store QR code located in the sales flyer, the catalog or in-store signage. If a member is not a customer, and does not have a customer record in the point of sale system, store staff will create a new customer and confirm that the email address entered matches the email address used by the new customer to enroll in the rewards program.
Do I have to carry a card?
No. There is no physical card to carry. TOOLBOX REWARDS™ is tied to a customer’s email address. Customers will need to provide a valid email address and create an account on woodcraft.com to access their rewards dashboard.
Store staff can “look up” a rewards member in the point of sale (POS) in the same way they look up customers during checkout. The customer’s email address on their account must match the email address provided during TOOLBOX REWARDS™ signup. Otherwise, the member’s rewards will not appear.
Do I have to give you my email address?
Yes. TOOLBOX REWARDS™ requires the member to provide a valid email address.
Can I use more than one reward on a purchase?
No. Only one reward may be redeemed per purchase. Some rewards offers may be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, but not other coupon offers. Some rewards will have additional product or promotional exclusions that will be noted.
Can I use rewards on anything – are there exclusions?
Not all rewards will be valid on all purchases. Some products and promotions will not be eligible for rewards offers. Some rewards will carry exclusions. These exclusions can be found on woodcraft.com/toolboxrewards and in TOOLBOX REWARDS™ emails. Exclusions may vary.
Rewards that require a qualifying purchase (Ex $10 Off $25): Customers must spend $25 before tax on eligible items for the reward to apply. Creds are accumulated based on merchandise totals and do not include taxes or fees.
Where can I redeem my Woodcraft TOOLBOX REWARDS™ offers?
You can redeem your rewards at any Woodcraft location, woodcraft.com and through our catalog call center. Once a reward has been redeemed, it will be removed from your account and will not be available to reuse.
How do I redeem in-store?
Store staff will be able to see your available rewards at the point of sale (POS) during checkout. Some rewards will not be valid for certain purchases.
When will I be able to redeem monthly rewards offers at my favorite store?
During the fall of Q4, only select testing locations will have access to member rewards. A full rollout of the program to all locations is planned for January 2025.
How do I redeem online?
Using rewards on woodcraft.com is easy. Once a member is logged into woodcraft.com, they will be able to apply available and valid rewards during the checkout process by selecting the reward. Valid rewards will apply. Rewards not valid on the purchase will not apply and will be available for future use.
How do I redeem by phone?
When placing an order through the Order Entry/Customer Service 800 number, provide the representative with your membership email address. The rep will then be able to access your rewards for redemption.
How long do rewards last?
Unless otherwise stated, monthly rewards are available on the first of the month and will expire on the last day of the month. Some rewards may have alternative valid dates. Unless otherwise stated, rewards are one-time use.
What if I believe my status tier/rewards are wrong or have other account concerns?
Any member who believes there is an issue with their status tier, rewards or other account issues should directly contact Woodcraft Customer Service at 1-800-535-4482 or via email at custserv@woodcraft.com. Store staff do not have the ability to edit, manipulate or remove rewards member accounts.
If I unsubscribe from Woodcraft emails, will I still get emails concerning my rewards?
Yes. Unsubscribing from Woodcraft marketing email messages will not affect delivery of transactional messages or messages concerning a member’s rewards account.
How do I quit the TOOLBOX REWARDS™ program?
Members can remove themselves from the program through their online dashboard. Any unused rewards will no longer be valid and a customer’s status tier will be forfeited. Members may also contact Woodcraft Customer Service to be removed from the program.
Will you share my personal information?
Woodcraft Supply, LLC, prides itself on protecting customer data. We do not engage in unauthorized sharing of customer information. Details about our Privacy Policy can be found on woodcraft.com under FAQs.
