In this class, you will make a bandsaw box with drawers. You will learn about how to identify the best place for entry cuts, you will cut out drawers and hollow them, then close the open cuts and prepare for finishing. Making A Resin Blank and Pen

Customized pen blanks give you the opportunity to really elevate your pen making. In this two part class you will learn how to cast a pen blank – and then turn that blank into your own custom pen! Week one will focus on resin casting basics including resin types, colorants, molds, and pressure pots. You’ll select colorants, mix your resin and pour it into the mold. Then, in week two, you will come back to the shop to de-mold your pen blank, drill it, insert the tubes and turn your pen!
