River Style Charcuterie Board

Take this class to learn how to use epoxy resin to create a River Style Charcuterie Board! During this comprehensive class, students will spend a total of nine hours working through the entire process of creating a "River" style epoxy project that combines the beauty of wood with the modern look of epoxy. Students will learn to select, prep and seal their wood; learn the different types of epoxy molds and how to prepare them for the epoxy; how to mix, color, pour and de-gas "Deep Pour" epoxy; and finally, how to de-mold, polish and finish their project. Students will leave with a beautiful, completed project and the knowledge and skills to make other "River" style projects on their own.

Woodworking Fundamentals III

Part 1: Saturday, May 23, 2026, 9 AM - 5 PM

Part 2: Sunday, May 24, 2026, 9 AM - 5 PM

In the final part of our Woodworking Fundamentals series, students will spend two days designing and making a bookcase project out of plywood and hardwood. New topics covered during this session include designing casework, processing sheet goods, cutting curves, laying out and creating joinery for casework, and routing and applying millwork. Students will leave with a beautiful maple bookcase and a greater confidence to apply their skills to future woodworking projects.

Pen Turning Marathon

Saturday, May 23, 2026, 10 AM - 5 PM

Spend a full day turning as many pens as you can! After a review of the pen turning process, students will be let loose on the lathes and can turn as many pens as they want, including at least one wooden and one acrylic! When the dust settles at the end of the day, students can choose two of their pens to take home and the rest will be donated to our Turn For Troops program. NOTE: Pen Turning 101 or prior pen turning experience required for this class.
