Learn the basics of using power tools for woodworking. You'll learn about the router, drill press, dovetail jigs, jointer, planer, band saw, and more as you create a tool box/garden tote/candle box. $50 Materials Fee Payable to Instructor.

Router 103 - Dovetail Jigs In Detail

Thursday, April 30, 2026, 6 PM - 9 PM

In this beginning class the student will learn to make the king of woodworking joints - the Dovetail joint. The student will be introduced to the various types of jig and router options available for making this joint. Learn the basic dovetail types and possible variations available with certain jigs. This is a hands on class and each student will have the opportunity to operate one or more jigs during the class. $10 Materials Fee Payable to Instructor

Maple Leaf Bowl Carving

Saturday, May 2, 2026, 10 AM - 5 PM

Make a decorative bowl featuring a maple leaf motif. Learn carving safety, shaping inside and outside curves, and how to refine your design into a finished piece. $20 Materials Fee payable to Instructor Please feel free to bring your lunch, a 30-45 minute break will be provided.
