Learn how to cut and shape wood, sand and apply finish to finished live edge board that will be food safe and can be used as a cheese or appetizer board.
Using Cherry, Maple and Sapele wood, you will create a 3-Dimensional end-grain cutting board. Class will include milling the wood, 3 different glue-ups to create your 3-D pattern, sanding and finishing techniques. At the end of the class you will have a beautiful solid end-grain cutting board, the envy of all your friends!
This class is designed for beginning woodworkers or those who have been away from their hobby for some time.
