Minimum Age 18. If you want to learn how to turn bowls on the lathe, this class is for you. Ray will focus on the fingernail bowl gouge as the primary tool and will teach you how to complete your piece with a perfect bottom. He will also explain the various methods for mounting your blank on the lathe and discuss wall thickness, design and turning speed.
Minimum Age 18. This class will unravel the secrets of base cabinet construction. It will include design, face frame versus frameless construction and adding drawers and doors. During the class, students will collectively make one base cabinet from scratch.
Minimum Age 16 with Parent. There's nothing better than taking a hunk of wood and turning it into a beautiful cooking utensil. From start to finish we will use Green Woodworking Methods to create a personalized spoon.
