Ending with the perfect finish on a great project takes thought, planning and careful consideration. Your experience with different tools will most likely also decide the finish you choose and the steps to prepare for the application of the finish. In this class the instructor will cover some of the common finishes, the options for preparing the wood to best accept the finish and alternative preparation paths to assure you hit the mark for your project. At the end of the class, you’ll be able to layout your finishing project starting with preparation based on the finish type, and plan each and every step you will need to complete a beautiful project your friends will envy. (Optional class tools apron, and card scrapers)
