Learn the correct way to build a charcuterie board with resident expert Bob Settich. You'll be given full-size patterns for both for both traditional paddle cutting boards plus eight decorative shapes for a total of 26 different boards. You'll learn how to create edge-laminated cutting boards to show beautiful grain patterns. Additionally,, Bob will the best strategies for stock selection, glue choice and proven clamping methods for flat panels and template routing techniques and of course using food safe finishes for all your creations.

NEW CLASS - Finally we are offering a beginning wood carving class taught by longtime carver Duff Greenwood. Students will learn wood & tool selection, the basic four carving cuts, proper techniques, safety and how to carve a Comfort Bird. Written instructions and plans will be included. There is a material cost of $10 for the basswood carving block. Students need to bring a sharp carving knife with a two inch blade or purchase one at the store. This is a great class for beginning carvers
