Professional cabinet maker Conner Jonson will take you through the critical steps of creating beautiful cabinetry You will learn the necessary tools and equipment to most cabinet projects, including design setup, cabinet components, materials including plywood and hardwood, cut preparation including measurements, cut list for cabinet parts, carcass assembly,, face frame assembly, drawer and door construction, final assembly and finishing. This instructor knows his stuff so sign up soon as there are only 8 open spots for the class.

Introduction to Wood Carving

NEW CLASS - Finally we are offering a beginning wood carving class taught by longtime carver Duff Greenwood. Students will learn wood & tool selection, the basic four carving cuts, proper techniques, safety and how to carve a Comfort Bird. Written instructions and plans will be included. There is a material cost of $10 for the basswood carving block. Students need to bring a sharp carving knife with a two inch blade or purchase one at the store. This is a great class for beginning carvers.
