Build a Epoxy Resin Charcuterie Board

HANDS-ON. Our customers have asked for this class so, here we go!!! Our Cutting Board Class Teacher, Doug Jones, has an awesome new class that will teach you how to combine Wood with the amazing Epoxy Pour Resins. Students will learn how the epoxy molds work, how to mix the epoxy and add color to create a one-of-a-kind Charcuterie /Cutting Board. The finish Board will measure about 1 x 8 x 18 inches. Build An End-Grain Cutting Board

Part 1: Monday, September 1, 6 PM - 10 PM

Part 2: Tuesday, September 2, 6 PM - 10 PM

Part 3: Wednesday, September 3, 6 PM - 10 PM

HANDS-ON. We have a GREAT KITCHEN CLASS from Doug Jones. Students will build, over the three nights, an End-Grain style Cutting Board from two contrasting types of wood. This 12" X 18" Cutting Board will be constructed from "End-Grain", not the Long-Grain of the boards. This traditional method of building a Cutting Board makes it VERY DURABLE. It will takes cuts from a knife and not show any damage for many years to come. Doug is a great woodworker and his hands-on approach to teaching will help you learn all the tricks for End-Grain cutting and glue-up. You will also learn many valuable machining tips that will help you in all your woodworking projects. This new class will be a very popular and fill quickly so, sign up A.S.A.P. Turn A Lidded Box

Part 1: Thursday, September 4, 6 PM - 10 PM

Part 2: Friday, September 5, 6 PM - 10 PM

HANDS-ON. PLEASE NO BEGINNERS. BASIC TURNING SKILLS NEEDED. We have a new Turning Class that will be a big hit! Michael Boyle will provide hands-on teaching as each student turns a small "coke-can" size box with a fitted lid. You will learn how to cut the lid off the main bowl body and then cut a lip on the lid, just right so, it "SNAPS" into place. This is a fun lathe project and will teach you valuable turning skills that will last a life time. Space is limited so, sign up A.S.A.P.
