HANDS-ON. Paul DeMars has another great class for all our Turners. Spend the day with us and take home a wonderful 10" - 12" tall Pepper Mill. HANDS-ON. We have a great class that will teach all the ins-and-outs of how to use your Router. Both Router table work and hand-held Router work will be covered. Students will get hands-on experience and build a small storage box during this informative class. You will learn different techniques of cut, fence and miter gauge work, Router bit selection and basic Router safety. Cutting dados, rabbets, slots, mitered corners and edge trim will be easy. HANDS-ON. Got rough boards? Want to learn the simple steps needed to machine that board square, flat and the correct thickness to build something? Then this is the perfect hands-on class for you. Howard will teach the basics of wood technology and stock preparation. This fun, quick class will cover the use of the table saw, jointer and thickness planer. Students will also learn which side of the board should be used for the outside of the project and learn how to glue up a panel without it cupping.
