Using a combination of oils, polish, stains, tough-up color, and wax, we will restore a small piece of your own furniture, or a made-with-wood decorative accessory. Examples - chairs, small tables, boxes. (No large case pieces, please.) We will work on restoring worn finishes, water rings, scratches, residue, to give your cherished item a sense of renewal.
By the end of the Workshop, students will better Understand Scroll Saw safety and Setup. Be able to identify types of blades and their uses.
Design and create a handcrafted wooden puzzle in this creative 3-hour workshop. You’ll learn foundational scroll saw techniques that will allow you to cut smooth curves, create clean edges, and build a puzzle that fits together beautifully. Depending on the design, you may complete one to three puzzle projects. You’ll leave with a finished puzzle ready to use or give as a thoughtful handmade gift. This class offers a relaxed, encouraging environment that makes woodworking feel approachable and fun.
