River Table Top

Part 1: Tuesday, December 9, 2025, 6 AM - 9 PM

Part 2: Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 5 PM - 9 PM

Learn how colored epoxy adds a creative zest to wood projects. Here we will make a small table top, approx. 22" x 16", which will make a nice coffee table or end table. First day: make the mold, prep the wood, mix the liquid acrylic and color agent, and pour it into the mold. Second day: After the acrylic has cured we will remove the wood from the mold and use the planer, jointer, and drum sander to clean up the surfaces. Legs can be added for additional purchase. Materials included in tuition. No refunds for Cancellations/Reschedules within 7 days of class date.

Jigs and Fixtures

Monday, December 15, 2025, 6 PM - 9 PM

Using Jigs and Fixtures in your shop can help speed your work and improve accuracy in your woodworking. In class, students will build and take home their very own MicroJig fixture plate. This plate can be used on the table saw, bandsaw and router table.

Shaper Origin Intro

Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 1 PM - 4 PM

Learn to use one of the newest tech tools in woodworking, the Shaper Origin. Known as a handheld CNC, this tool has the capabilities to engrave, do inlay work, joinery, and so much more. Get an understanding of how the tool works, practical applications, procedures, and get some time handling it in our introduction class. Materials included in tuition.
