Make a floating shelf in this class and learn the steps involved so you can add multiple to your home, office or other space! In this class you will learn basic milling steps in preparing your wood for becoming a shelf, how to safely use machines such as the jointer, planer, table saw, miter saw, and drill press. This shelf will be a solid hardwood shelf, with traditional floating shelf hardware for a clean and seamless look. All materials are included in the price. Your shelf will be 24" L, 7" deep and about 2" thick. You have the option to leave with the shelf finish/stain ready, or you can oil it with mineral oil for a natural finish.
