This class ends up with everyone making a completed picture frame using a variety of tools and table saw blades to get there. We will start with a rough board and cut and trim to create a functional picture frame. Please bring eye, hearing protection and dust mask. Materials included in tuition. Learn how to plan, cut, assemble and mount an upper and lower cabinet. In addition, learn how to make a style and rail door with a flat panel along with how to mount euro hinges and drawer slides to the cabinets and adjust them properly. Materials included in tuition. For the beginner or anyone needing a refresher course on the basics of spindle turning this class is for you. Instruction will include tool selection, proper handling techniques and creating the basic spindle profiles. You will have time to practice your new skills and then turn a shop mallet.
