This class will teach you how to safely set up and operate a scroll saw. Learn how to cut tight radius curves and intricate fretwork without chip out and with minimal sanding. Blade tensioning and selection will also be covered. Hands-on projects will be made in class.

Most hand planes, whether new or vintage, can benefit from properly executed servicing. Learn the proper procedure for achieving user satisfaction and quality results from this traditional hand tool. Class led by Blue Grass Trust's 2021 Preservation Craftsman and 50+ year woodworker. Required: A metal bodied bench plane in serviceable condition, which the participant will tune up during this hands-on seminar. This is not a restoration class, ensure your plane is serviceable.
