With its flat, circular spinning blade, the tablesaw can make all sorts of cuts, among them grooves, dadoes, rabbets, ripcuts, crosscuts and a variety of other woodworking joints. A tablesaw is usually only as good as the fence system it employs as well as an accurate miter gauge. As most everyone knows, safety is a prime concern when using power equipment, especially tablesaws.
