Deserves 7 stars!
Needed a little tuning for me but not much. Shaves silky smooth like butter and I absolutely love this bench plane!

Slightly disappointed
This plane feels great! Everything is perfect out of the box minus one major thing... the shavings were going between the iron and chip breaker. Now I have to spend a few hours, most likely, flattening the iron and getting the chip breaker to seat correctly to the iron. The tip of the chip breaker is rounded?!?!
