1. ELIGIBILITY
MICROJIG Tool Days (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States and the District of Columbia to legal United States residents at least 18 years old. Employees, members, directors and franchisees of Woodcraft Supply, LLC, and Woodcraft Franchise, LLC, MICROJIG, Inc. and immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, members, directors and franchisees are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the award decision of Woodcraft, which is final and binding in all respects. Sweepstakes are subject to all US federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes period will begin at 12:01am EST January 16, 2026, and end at 12:00am midnight EST January 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). In-store entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2026, and received by the Sponsor no later than 5:00pm EST January 31, 2026, to be eligible for entry.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter: In-Store Method, and Mail-in Method. Entry forms must be filled out completely. Limit one entry per household. No purchase necessary.
(a) In-Store Method: Visit any Woodcraft store during regular business hours during the Sweepstakes Period and a store associate will enter the entry code at the register to complete the entry.
(b) Mail-in Method: On a card approximately 3" x 5" to 4” x 6”, hand print your full name, complete home address including zip code, telephone number with area code, email address (if available), and mail the card in a first-class stamped envelope to: MICROJIG Tool Days, c/o Woodcraft, P.O. Box 1686, Parkersburg, WV 26102-1686. Attention: Liz Matheny. Woodcraft is not responsible for lost, stolen, fraudulent, late, mutilated, incomplete, altered, postage-due, illegible or for any delays or errors caused by the U.S. Postal Service or other delivery providers. Entries must be postmarked on or before January 16, 2026, and received by the Sponsor no later than 5:00pm EST January 16, 2026, to be eligible for entry.
4. DRAWING
The contest winners will be selected by random drawing after 5:00pm EST Februaury 1, 2026, from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified by telephone or email (if an email address was provided) within approximately seven days of the random drawing. If a winner cannot be reached after 30 days, such person may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
5. PRIZE / ODDS
One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Complete set of MICROJIG Products (list attached). Total estimated retail value: $1775.75 as of December 1, 2025.
One (1) SECOND PRIZE: GRR-RIPPER AIR ULTRA ’25. Total estimated retail value: $375.00 as of December 1, 2025.
One (1) THIRD PRIZE: GRR-RIPPER AIR ULTRA ’25. Total estimated retail value: $375.00 as of December 1, 2025.
One (1) FOURTH PRIZE: $100 WC Gift card.
Any difference between the estimated retail values set forth above and the actual costs of prizes will not be awarded. A detailed list of the prizes can be found at www.woodcraft.com. Woodcraft reserves the right in its sole discretion to make substitutions of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of prize by a winner is permitted. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes and will be required to provide a Social Security number to Woodcraft for tax reporting purposes.
6. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
The winner’s name will be posted on www.woodcraft.com from December 9, 2025 to December 31, 2025. To obtain the name of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: MICROJIG Tool Days, c/o Woodcraft, PO Box 1686, Parkersburg, WV 26102-1686. Attention: Liz Matheny.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES
Winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, Publicity Release within five (5) days of Woodcraft’s request. Failure to return documents in a timely manner, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winners (and in those instances when interim drawings have taken place, potential winners who have been selected in the interim drawings) agree to grant to Woodcraft and MICROJIG the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Woodcraft and MICROJIG . Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification with an alternate winner or potential winner selected; and while not obligated to do so, Woodcraft and MICROJIG, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate for winners or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity. FURTHER, BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, EACH WINNER AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS WOODCRAFT, MICROJIG, THEIR EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS AND FRANCHISEES AND ALL OF THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSON, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, PARTICIPATION IN, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED.
Woodcraft reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Woodcraft also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this Sweepstakes.
Woodcraft will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Woodcraft is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the website. Woodcraft is not responsible for injury or damage to a participant’s or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, delays or errors caused by the U.S. Postal Service or other delivery providers, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Woodcraft, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Woodcraft reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from in-store and regular mail-in entries and Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. IN NO EVENT WILL WOODCRAFT, MICROJIG, THEIR EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, RELATED COMPANIES, OR ITS FRANCHISEES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE www.woodcraft.com OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE.
9. DISPUTES
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Parkersburg, WV, having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of West Virginia without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
10. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, regulation or rule, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Official Rules, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
