Return Information
Hafele accepts returns for new, unused, resalable items within 30 days of receipt. Return Materials Authorization (RMA) required prior to return. Customer is responsible for return freight and restocking fee of $20 or 20% of order, whichever is larger. Product will be inspected before credit is issued.
