The Clifton 770 Bull Nose Plane fills the need for a straightforward bull nose plane. It allows the user to plane close to an abutting section of wood and avoid tear-out. It is a light handy plane often used for cutting rebate stop shoulders. The body is machined from quality gray iron and precision ground on the sole and sides. The plane’s edges have been rounded over to fit comfortably in the hand. Length: 4"; approximate weight: 1.7 lbs. Made in Sheffield, UK.
