    perfect fit

The fittings in this package fit the two tools I had the most problems connecting to my dust collector: the PC557 biscuit jointer and the Dewalt random orbit sander. Can hardly wait for the next time I use them.

Fits my tools just not the shop vac.

The hose ended up fitting my Porter Cable Sander, Track Saw and a few other portable power tools. This was all with the large adapter that is made of a rubber like material. What this kit really needs is a way to connect to a 2 1/2" shop vac. I ended up making plugs to fit it but I would have payed and extra few bucks for the adapters. I am back to buy 2 more hoses so I can permanently mount them to the tools.

Doesn't fit sander or 4" dust system

The small end does not fit a Bosch sander. You have to buy two fittings to connect the large end to a 4" dust collection system. Woodriver should create a single fitting for this.

    Great vacuum hose

I have 2 of these now, hooked to my sanders. They are light and work well.

    very practical

This accessory allowed me to connect to a blast gate or directly to a shop vac with added 2-1/4" to 1-1/2"adapter.This has proven to be quite efficient connecting a miter saw to a collection system and also fits up with dust ports on my individual power tools. Worked well enough I purchased 2.

Dyson Deshedder tool to shop vac

My cat sheds constantly so I purchased a Dyson deshedding tool that use vacum to collect the shedded hair. One end of the hose fits perfectly inside the adapter and the other end fits onto my shop vac. The combination of both solved my hair collection problem.

    OMG IT ACTUALLY FITS !!!

This vacuum hose fits my Dewalt 421 random orbit sander (also fits the 423 sander), and my Dewalt 618 plunge router with no special attachments. The hose is long, pliable, and great for use with portable power tools. I have long searched for something more flexible than my 2-1/4" shop vac hose, and I have now found it! If connecting to your shop vac, you need the 2-1/4" adapter.

    Works well for me

This hose is very handy. In addition to fitting on a number of my hand power tools, it will even hook up in a pinch to my miter saw but you do lose some suction due to the narrower hose. I have a number of fittings so it was no problem to adapt it to my 2 HP dust collector. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to adapt it to my shop vac but was surprised that my 2 1/2 to 1 1/2 reducer slipped in perfectly to the end of both hoses.

No connector for the shop vac end

I'm still shaking my head and rolling my eyes. What were they thinking! The included adapters are a perfect fit for several of my tools, but after attaching the appropriate adapter on one end, you have nothing on the other end to attach to your shop vac. I have a rather large collection of connectors, reducers, etc., and nothing came close to solving the problem. [...]they found that the hose end can be forced inside their #144655 2 1/4 - 1 1/2 adapter for attaching to a shop vac.
