Shadow Box

Students will learn to build a 10" x 10" Shadow Box with a glass front. During this class Michaela will teach you how to build a frame for your 3D artworks, trinkets, souvenirs, etc. You are welcome to bring the item or items you plan to put in your 10" x 10" shadow box. We will discuss different ways to finish or mount within your Shadow Box.

End Grain Cutting Board

This eye-catching kitchen accessory may look challenging, but it's amazingly easy to construct and makes for one tough cutting surface. In this class you too can make this striking project from maple, cherry and walnut. Join Louis and help rustle up some wood, clamps and water-resistant glue and get started. Woodshop 101 at Night

Looking to get started in woodworking but not sure where to begin? This is the class for you! Louis will introduce you to the most common tools in the shop and assure you understand how to operate each of them safely. You will also learn the essentials about wood grain and movement as you move through the milling process. Students will be paired up during the class, and will leave with a cutting/serving board that will be a joy to show off. This is a hands-on class so come ready to get dirty, have some fun, and create something beautiful!! This is a two session night class.
