Carving Robey the Robot

Carving this whimsical robot is a wonderful introduction to the world of wood carving. In this single session carving class, students will learn basic techniques such as carving cuts, wood grain orientation, and knife selection. While students may not complete the project in one session, they will leave with the knowledge and skills necessary to complete Robey the Robot and engage in future projects. All materials and tools provided for use during the class. This class is open to ages 10 and up. That said, if children, ages 10 to 16 are enrolled, an adult must also enroll and attend the class.
