Inlays Part 2: Bands & Templates

It's the details that really light up your work and that make it visually compelling and eye-catching! Building on the techniques we practiced in Inlays Part 1, you'll use an existing template to cut a simple shape in a surface and then use the template to make the accompanying inlay to fill that void - cleanly and seamlessly. If you master this technique, you'll have the foundation you'll need to move on to more complex designs. Note: A $20 materials fee (cash or Square) will be collected by the instructor at the beginning of class.
