Here is where you will discover many ways to better utilize your router that are not in the instruction manual. There are 7 jigs that will turn your router into the most versatile tool in your shop. You will make the most difficult of the seven in class and leave with plans to make the other 6. Bring the sub-base from your router to class.
The band saw is a versatile addition to your shop but often requires coaxing to get the best performance from it. This class starts with the all important machine set-up, followed up with blade selection, simple maintenance and useful accessories. Cutting techniques for straight cuts, angles, circles and scrolling will be demonstrated. Time permitting, you'll get to try some cuts yourself. This class takes the mystery out of the bandsaw and makes it easier to get your projects done.
What is the best way to hold two pieces of wood together? It all depends upon the application. In this class you will make some of the most common woodworking joints including butt joints, half lap, mitered half lap and the bridal joint. This is an essential class for all of your woodworking projects.
