You heard correctly.....time to add a new class! We have been working on how to get this done! Devon is ready! This is a two night class where we will use a router table to prepare the White Oak pieces, glue them together in the first night and then in the second class, turn them to form on a lathe, char/burn the inside and then maybe, if there is time, mozzie on down to Stone Bar and Grill and do a little tasting! You may need a friend to pick you up! You will make at least two of them!

Date Night - Turning A Harry Potter Wand

Saturday, November 1, 2025, 6 PM - 10 PM

It's a Date! You are always looking for something fun to do, well, here it is! Due to the popular nature of the Harry Potter Movies and also our Date Night Turning Classes, we are combining them! Each couple will enjoy a Pizza Dinner, while the instructor explains and demonstrates the entire process, then you'll get your chance to turn your own wand; it's a great beginner project, so NO experience is necessary! You will learn how to prepare a wood blank, mount it on a lathe, turn it to your version of a Harry Potter wand, then sand and finish it! It will be ready when you leave to perform your every wish! We cannot guarantee its magical performance - that's up to you - but you are certain to have a great time in this class!

Turning Simple Christmas Ornaments

Sunday, November 2, 2025, 10 AM - 2 PM

Devon will guide students in turning Christmas tree ornaments of various shapes made from various beautiful exotic woods. After taking this class, students should be able to fill their whole Christmas tree with ornaments they have turned themselves.
