Not so good for Americans or Eurpoeans
One side of this rule is in mm. This is on the same face as the inch rule. This means you can not measure from both sides. You can't always get the inch side in the space you need to measure in. Useless. Don't waste your money. If you need a metric rule also, look for one with inches on one face and metrics on the reverse.

Perfect for precision
If you're like me and have been making all your measurements with a measuring tape then it's a must that you get one of these. I looked in every hardware store in town trying to find something comparable with no luck. Then I came across woodcraft's selection and bought one immediately. The way the measurements start from the edge of either side sets it apart from most rulers. The fact that it does down to 64's sets it even further apart. This little guy really helped out lining up the drawer slides on my latest project. If I had still been using the tape I'm sure my drawer wouldn't have closed all the way. It also works very well to measure the depth of your router bit. Also the quality of this ruler is top notch. It's very rigid and thick enough to not be sharp on the edges, yet not so thick you lose sight of what you are measuring.

A must-have tool
Accuracy at a reasonable price, and the increment lines are easy to read. The metric measurements are not necessary, however, and should be replaced with 1/8" and 1/16" increments. That small quibble does not keep me from recommending this 6" pocket rule to everyone. I bought two of them!

Metric on back is uselss
This is a high quality rule, made in USA. one side is 1/32" and 1/64", and the other is Metric, which is useless to me. I am sending it back, because I found a Starrett 6" rule with 1/8" and 1/16" on one side and 1/32" and 1/64" on the other at Highland.

Excellent, very well done & handy
Small wood projects Calibrating the router bits Measuring deepness on drill bits

Look on the Back
the metric scale on the back is useless. It would serve the majority of users to have markings in other English units o n the back. When I use metrics in map scaling I use metric only tools it should be the same with wood working. One or the other. I do like the small size.

Great Little Rule
Great little rule. What makes this especially nice is the end graduations! Not only does it have the graduations on the side but also on the ends so that you can eye-ball the height of something with the ruler on it's side. It's comparable to the small Starrett ruler but cheaper; however, just as accurate.
