Faux finishes are a lot of fun to paint and can be simulated with just a few simple steps. This project features four unique looks, and we’ll show you how to create each one. We used 8" paper-mache letters purchased from Pat Catan’s for this tutorial. The letters H, O, M and E each have a different technique used.
The idea of incorporating family heirlooms into your home appeals to a lot of people. A mix of old and new décor can actually work very well together to create a space that is warm and inviting with a comfortable lived-in look. Quality product for the price.
These brushes are multi-purpose and inexpensive enough to be thrown away if cleaning becomes difficult.
REALLY BEATS FOAM BRUSHS
I USED THEM ON VARATHANE, THEY ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THE FOAM BRUSHS. FEWER AND SMALLER AIR BUBBLES, LESS SANDING, SAVED TIME. I BOUGHT A SECOND BOX OF THEM
1st one had glue all over it rest OK
Using for application of epoxy to plywood, (boat builder) can not reuse, so good for disposable applications. Will buy again if I need more!
Good value and quality product.
Handy to have a variety of sizes.
Just the right size for my workshop.
I will buy it often
Ideal for small projects where several colors are needed.. No clean up necessary as used once and gone.
Can't live without them
I have yet to find another product that is better for small finish jobs as these brushes. The time savings make them very cost effective
Throw away whiskers
I use these when a little dab'l do ya - cleaning, painting, shoe polishing'n stuff like that there. The only thing that isn't great about these is that the bristles are a bit flimsy and not totally secure.
Best Way to Apply Finishes
One of these compact bulk packs will last you a while in the shop.
Lot of brushes in my brush box now.
Good brushes for rough apps. Use and throw away.
