Single Installation. Double Protection! The Universal Security MCND401B Carbon Monoxide & Natural Gas compact plug-in alarm is perfect for new or replacement installations. The Dual Sensing Alarm provides protection against two deadly household threats: Carbon Monoxide and Natural Gas (methane).
Its microprocessor intelligence is designed to eliminate nuisance alarms caused by non-hazardous sources. In the unlikely event of a nuisance alarm, the silence feature quiets a non-hazardous alarm. The battery backup provides protection in the event of a power outage.
The display shows carbon monoxide PPM (parts per million) levels as well as “GAS”. It also recalls the peak CO level recorded and displays status of alarm, power, CO and gas. Includes 9V battery.
