The Microdial Tapering Jig by Microjig® is a versatile tool that allows you to achieve cutting edge tapers while catering to a wide range of woodworking needs. It will enable you to create tapered legs with up to eight tapered sides and cut tapers from an infinite range between 0˚ to 10˚ with 1/8˚ incremental stops. Its ability to adjust tapers between 0" and 2" with 1/16" intervals ensures precision in every project. Once set, the two adjustable dials lock into your preferred configuration, and the two MemoryLocks allow for easy repetitive cuts of the same taper.
Combine the Microdial with one or two of the GR-200 GRR-Ripper Advanced Models to enhance your woodworking safety. Adding the GRR-Ripper will allow you to apply pressure in three dimensions: downward, inward, and forward; this will virtually eliminate kickback and quickly become your go-to when cutting narrow or small workpieces.
