      Outstanding color

      After having a lot of issues with "blotches" on Poplar, I decided to give the General Finishes water based stain a try. I will say, even with no pre-stain conditioner, this stain was amazing. Very few if any blothes, a nice even color distibution. The only thing that will take a little getting use to, is the speed at which this will dry on the wood.
