Great engineering but build quality issues.
I've been using this saw for over a month and overall am happy with its performance. The trunnion is very well designed and they achieved their goal of "buttery smooth" adjustments. The arbor has minimal runout and stays parallel to the miter slots once the table is adjusted. Cut quality with a new blade is excellent. The blade that comes with it is a throwaway. The motor is plenty powerful and runs very quietly. The riving knife works perfectly with a thin kerf blade and the throat plate does not have the same support issues that the old fusion saw seemed to have. Unfortunately there are some manufacturing quality issues that may be due to this being a brand new product. One of my cast iron wings is badly twisted and the rip fence is not straight or flat and not welded square to its T-bracket. Laguna has said that they will be replacing both for me, but I've been waiting for a month with no parts arriving yet. Dust collection is also pretty terrible. Expect to see a large pile of sawdust accumulate at the bottom of your cabinet even if you have a full size dust collector like I do.
