SawStop Table Saws
Owning a SawStop Table Saw means having best-in-class performance without compromising safety. The design and craftsmanship combined with unparalleled safety, has made SawStop the #1 cabinet saw in North America.
SawStop’s Patented Safety System
Besides being the highest quality and best-featured saws in its market segments, SawStop table saws have the ability to detect contact with skin and stop the blade in less than 5 milliseconds, called Active Injury Mitigation (AIM)
This technology works by continually monitoring a small electrical signal in the saw blade. Because the human body is conductive, the signal in the saw blade changes when skin makes contact with it. The change in the signal activates the AIM safety system and engages the aluminum brake, instantly stopping and retracting the blade, helping to avoid serious injury.
