These tried and true, simple joinery techniques are a solid solution to many woodworking problems of how to stick two pieces of wood together. Students will have hands-on experience with each of these methods.
Previous lathe experience required. In this class students will make a shallow bowl with a decorative, cast lid using carbide hollowing tools. .
Miters are an easy joint that is difficult to master. In this class we'll explore why that is as well as examine end miters (as found in a picture frame) as well as edge miters and "waterfall" miters.
