A great "how-to" class. In this seminar, topics will include general usage, mounting operations, speed ranges, face plates, chucks, types of tools to use, types of wood, grain orientation, position, and safe practices. Hands on trial cutting may be available if time permits.
Learn basic spindle turning skills to handcraft your own attractive pen. Learn all the components used such as pen blanks, mandrels, pen mills and the pen press while you make a handmade wooden pen on the lathe. Pen turning is easy and enjoyable, and you will end up with your own great ink pen
This class is dedicated to the band saw. A great opportunity to ask any questions about band saws such as blades, guides, resawing or maintenance etc. This will be a hands-on class to construct your own band saw box and to increase your skills.
