HR Payroll & Benefits Manager
Woodcraft Supply, LLC is currently looking for
an HR Payroll & Benefits Manager. Responsibilities
will include but not limited to; oversight of payroll processing, HRIS
administration, benefit plans, and benefit plan audits.
This person will also
perform all human resources duties
at the professional level to implement daily activities and to
provide excellent customer
service to internal
and external customers. Human resource duties will
include but not limited to; recruiting, employee relations, and multi-state
compliance with all federal and state laws.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Supervisory experience required
- 2+ years of HRIS experience required, (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- 2+ years of payroll experience required
- 5+ years of professional Human Resources experience required
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Supervises one HR/PR Associate
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of office administration procedures with an ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized
- High level of skill in handling confidential/sensitive situations with demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong customer service focus and a great team player
- Must be comfortable counseling all levels of management on HR related matters
- Must be comfortable presenting information to peers, subordinates & superiors
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
