Old and ready to discard foam paint brushes can yield very useful tools. Remove the old used foam tip from the brush and you will find a nice plastic spatula type structure that lends itself perfectly to spreading materials such as glue or filler. The great thing is they come in various widths yielding many useful and appropriately sized heads....for fine work or work requiring greater area coverage. What do you think? Try it....its great...and they are washable!!
