Lidded boxes are small "Treasure Chests" that can be made in many shapes and sizes on a lathe and can be turned with different options and embellishments. This class will emphasize the basics lidded box turning process. The students will go home with a finished lidded box. Skills developed in this class translate to making a pepper mill and turning a platter or a bowl.
Do you and your significant other want to create a one of a kind woodworking project that your friends will be envious of while learning some woodworking skills? Projects are different in every class. Projects in the past include wine holders, tea lights, display boxes, barbeque grill tools, cheese boards, and clocks/weather stations.....just to name a few. These classes fill quickly often month's in advance so call soon to register. TO JOIN the FUN you only need to show up and make saw dust.
Have you wanted to use Festool products but have not had the opportunity? Want to experience the tools for yourself or learn new tricks? Come and take the Build with Festool Class and get hands on experience using the best tools on the market. Students will work together to build a night stand with drawer and adjustable shelf using all Festool products to include the track saw, domino joiner, sanders, kapex miter saw, routers and multiple accessories. Students will draw straws to see who gets to take the final product home. This is a great opportunity to experience Festool.
