We will cover woodworking safety; wood as a material; measuring and marking; using and selecting tools for sawing, boring and abrading wood, including hand tools, track saws, table saws, miter saw, band saw, drills, routers, and sanders. Each student will get hands on time with tools and should feel confident to start woodworking at home.
