Woodcraft Supply, LLC (“Woodcraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer financial incentive programs. We currently provide discounts, coupons and other benefits for customers who sign up to receive our marketing emails and text messages. If you are a California resident, you have a right to receive this Notice of Financial Incentive (“Notice”) under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”), Civil Code §1798.100 et seq. This Notice provides you with information regarding any financial incentive or “price or service difference” that we may provide in exchange for your personal information. All terms used in this Notice are as defined in the CCPA/CPRA or applicable regulations thereunder. From time to time, we may change our financial incentive programs, in which case we will update this notice.

Summary
When you participate in a financial incentive program, we may collect personal information from you, such as identifiers (e.g., your name and email address) and commercial information (e.g., your purchase history). Participation in a financial incentive program is optional, and any terms and conditions will be made available at the point of opt-in. You can opt into a financial incentive by following the sign-up or participation instructions provided, and you have the ability to opt-out of the financial incentive, or to opt-out of our subsequent use of your personal information in connection with a financial incentive, at any time by contacting us, unsubscribing, or as otherwise described in program terms. We equate the value of personal information collected in connection with a financial incentive program to our cost of operating the program (excluding the value of the benefits provided, many of which are intangible and vary from time-to-time and person-to-person), and deem the value of the benefits as reasonably related to the value of personal information collected based on the voluntary nature of program participation. If you do not believe that the value you receive is reasonably related to the value of your applicable personal information, do not participate.

- Commercial information (e.g., goods or services purchased, purchase history, transaction records).
- Internet/network activity (e.g., browsing history and interactions related to program participation).
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information collected in connection with financial incentives programs and do not disclose it to data brokers. Value of Consumer Data
In our good faith calculation, we consider the value of consumer data collected through the financial incentives programs as the equivalent of relevant expenses related to the collection and retention of consumers’ personal information as part of the programs, including administrative costs, divided by the number of active program members. The financial incentives we offer to consumers are reasonably related to the value of the consumer’s data.
Withdrawal from the Programs
You have the right to withdraw at any time. You may withdraw by contacting us at Customer_Change_Requests@woodcraft.com, by calling 1-800-535-4482, or at any of the contact methods indicated below. Withdrawal from a financial incentive program will not affect your ability to receive goods or services from Woodcraft.
Right to Re-Enroll
You may re-enroll in any of the programs at any time, subject to the applicable enrollment requirements described above.
