This is an introductory course to CNC. Students will learn the basic components of a CNC machine and fundamentals of how to design and machine a simple sign. YOUR OWN LAPTOP with Vectric's V-Carve (full or TRIAL version already installed) will allow you to follow along step-by-step.
Learn tips for successful scroll sawing and create a fun project. Understanding the machine, blade selection and tension, and cutting techniques are all covered. No experience is necessary for this course. Ages 14+
Come watch an introduction to Copper-foil stain glass working. We will be cutting, grinding and assembling a small glass panel.
