Carving Basics: Comfort Bird

The class will start with an overview of essential skills, including how to handle and safely secure your work piece, as well as how to keep carving tools sharp while prioritizing safety. Each student will get a BeverCraft Comfort Bird kit which includes everything you'll need to learn the basics. At the end of the class, you'll get to take your kit home with you along with your completed project.

You will get hands-on experience making straight and curved cuts on a flat board as well as practice re-sawing techniques.
