Garlic Press
Dissatisfied with the loos tolerances between the two pieces-wobbles. The press mechanism tolerances are no better. I love the idea but the product isn’t very good.

Not even going to try one
Bought product in store and when got home opened box and not as described on box.The box description-features hefty 3/8"-diameter x 2" long threaded arms provide ample leverage. Actual size is 6mm dia threads[smaller than 1/4"] and 1" long threads. There is flashing burrs on the shoulder next to the threads. If it was as pictured and described I would definitely give it a try but being a retired toolmaker know this will not last.

Broke after couple of uses
On first use I gave this 5 stars because it is such a good idea, however, the metal handle broke off after a few days using it. Not fit for purpose.

First use and it failed
One of the handles broke off on first use. Not fit for purpose.

Great product - please re-stock
I recently made two of these as gifts for family and friends. Its a simple project for an inexperienced wood turner, but a marvellous talking point every time. Please re-stock

engineering required
As a an Engineer of some decades experience, not having any instructions,no problem(!)Made up (2) t6011 billet inserts about 1" with a shoulder, counter bored a 3/8 clearance almost thru hole(cherry handles)Main thing is that the threaded portion of the press required a LOT of chasing to remove the plating residue.Idea being that the handles are removable so the metal part can be chucked in the dishwasher.Just like the pizza cutter(s)
