Incomplete Set
I purchased this set because it was one of the few metric bit sets I saw anywhere locally. I kept having trouble drilling out my 7mm pens and for the life of me couldn't figure out why. Turns out they shipped me 2 6.5mm bits instead of a 6 and a 7. They just put the extra 6.5 in the slot for the 7 and I failed to notice. Other than that it's an ok set of bits, wouldn't write home to mom about them, but can't poo-poo them either.

the bits are very well made but your customer service stinks.YOU DOUBLED THE ORDER AND CHARGED ME TWIE. wHEN I COMPLAINED YOU SAID YOU WOULD SEND A LABEL TO RETURN ONE SET FOR CREDIT.i NEVER RECEIVED A LABLE SO I HAD TO PAY FOR BOTH SETS. i WOULD NOT RECOMEND WOODCRAFT TO ANYONEkARL_HAAK[@]
