Ash (Fraxinus ameriana) exudes charm and sophistication with its naturally pale hue and enchanting open grain textures. Light brown heartwood with almost all white sapwood. The wood has straight, coarse, open-pored grain of even texture. These slabs are ideal for crafting unique dining tables, coffee tables, workbenches, desks, bar tops, dressers, countertops, and shelving. Each slab is unique, showcasing natural grains and imperfections that add character to the finished piece. The natural beauty and durability of ash make it a popular choice for both rustic and contemporary designs. Slab measures 1-1/4" x 21" x 44" and has been surfaced both sides.
