These White Oak Pen Blanks were made from a genuine used Bourbon Whiskey Barrel that is charred from the firing of the barrel prior to aging the whiskey for four or more years. Blanks are a heavy 3/4" x 3/4" x 5" and have been dried and brushed to remove excess char. Blanks can be finished just as any piece of wood, but we don’t recommend it. The excitement is in the smell of the whiskey.
