    Glue Roller

I almost didn't buy this roller because of the bad reviews. It looked good in the store and now after a lot of veneer work it is still working well. I suspect if you do not clean it well, it could be a problem. I use it for spreading glue over large areas and use a paint brush to put glue on the surfaces. I would not submerge it in glue.

    Poor design all around

I put the glue down and started with this roller. I noticed before using it that the roller would bind up on the arm corner if the roller was shifted to that side. This requires rolling the roller at an angle forcing the roller away from the arm all the time. As the glue spread, some will get up on the end of the roller and provide resistance making it slide. I had limited working time so i went back to the credit card to spread it. When I was done, I went to wash it off and found that with the tread pattern it made it very difficult to clean. It was much faster to open the garbage can and toss it in where it belongs. I was so mad that I didn't even think of keeping it for a return, I just couldn't look at it anymore. I hate cheap tools.

    Worked well while it lasted

At first it was a good way to spread glue and it was easy to clean, but after just a few uses the roller came off the handle and there was no way to reattach it, so it was returned.
