Return Information
RTS Companies accepts returns for new, unused, resalable products within 30 days of purchase. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required. Customer is responsible for return freight and a 20% restocking fee on non-defective returns. Contact Woodcraft Customer Service at 800-535-4482 for return assistance.
